ORDER CONFIRMATION / UPDATE The consumer through the website is informed by the company before completing his order about the identity and address of the supplier, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, the quantity, the transport costs, the method of payment, delivery, the validity period . By sending the order form, the consumer receives an electronic copy of the order to the e-mail address he/she has indicated when registering his order, which includes a detailed description of the goods of the order and a unique code, with which he will be able to track the progress and evolution of his order (if he is a member). For orders received from the store and not paid for, the purchase should be completed within a reasonable period of the first five calendar days. REFUNDS / CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS Returns Policy Cancellation of order by the customer due to post-order The customer's cancellation of his order due to post-delivery is accepted only if the item has not yet been invoiced and given for shipment by the company. In the event that the customer has paid the value of his approved order prior to his declaration of cancellation and the company has already collected it, then the company must within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days return to the customer the collected value with the same way he expedited its payment (by offsetting the amount to a bank account, by cash payment, etc.), minus the additional expenses (such as transportation costs, cash on delivery, etc.). Otherwise, in the event that a payment order has been given by the customer but the money has not been collected by sanilia.gr (such as in the case of a credit card charge order when the Bank has not yet paid the price), then sanilia.gr is obliged within the period of fourteen (14) working days to speed up any necessary action and declaration to each competent body (Bank, etc.) for the notification of the cancellation of the order and the obligation to return any amount charged to the customer. In this case, sanilia.gr is considered to have legally fulfilled its obligations, and the cancellation of any charge will be based on the terms of the contract that connects the customer with this third party (Bank, etc.) and sanilia.gr bears no responsibility regarding the time of return or offset of any relevant charge. In any case of withdrawal from the sales contract, the customer bears the costs of shipping, collection and cash on delivery, as well as any bank charges. It is clarified that from the moment the customer has received the product and wishes to withdraw from the contract, it must not have been used and the product and its packaging must be in excellent condition. Transport of returned products In the event that you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you bear the immediate cost of returning the products. The receipt of the returned products can only be carried out from the address that you had indicated in the beginning for their shipment and which you have indicated to us in writing. You agree to provide the partner with all products you wish to return, including all parts and accessories that make them up. When receiving the returned products from the carrier you will sign a receipt form to certify that delivery to the carrier has taken place.
